Jakarta, July 30, 2025 – PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (ticker code: SRTG) posted a positive performance throughout the first half of 2025, with Net Asset Value (NAV) reaching IDR53.99 trillion. This solid quarterly growth was driven by strong contributions from key portfolio companies such as PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) and PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure Tbk (TBIG).

Alongside NAV growth, Saratoga booked dividend income of IDR1.26 trillion in the first six months of 2025, mainly from portfolio companies including PT Alamtri Resources Tbk (ADRO), PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX), and TBIG. With robust cash flow and healthy liquidity, Saratoga remains well-positioned to execute its investment strategy optimally and sustainably.

Saratoga Investment Director Devin Wirawan explained that the company’s performance in the first half of 2025 reflects the strengthening fundamentals of its portfolio companies, both public and private.

Saratoga Finance Director Lany D. Wong added that Saratoga also maintained a solid balance sheet, reducing net debt to IDR304 billion. The operating cost--to-NAV stood at 0.4%, while the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio stood at 0.6%, within a healthy range and better compared to 0.6% and 0.7% in the same period last year.

“Our strong financial structure provides us with the flexibility to execute our investment strategy optimally, especially amidst market dynamics. We remain committed to maintaining operational efficiency and risk management to ensure Saratoga remains in a solid position to deliver sustainable returns for our shareholders,” said Lany.

In line with this commitment, Saratoga distributes a cash dividend of IDR14.75 per share, totaling IDR199.9 billion, which was announced on June 25, 2025. This consistent return underscores the company’s confidence in the long-term fundamentals and commitment to delivering competitive returns to shareholders.

In the first half of 2025, Saratoga continued to strengthen its investment portfolio across strategic sectors with long-term growth potential, including healthcare, digital infrastructure, green economy and renewable energy, as well as consumer.

In the healthcare sector, Brawijaya Hospital continues to develop its Centers of Excellence. This includes BraveHeart, a national cardiac referral center led by senior cardiologist Dr. dr. Muhammad Yamin, Sp.JP (K), Sp.PD, FACC, FSCAI, FAPHRS, FHRS. Brawijaya Hospital also develops Benih IVF Center, the only IVF clinic in Indonesia partnering directly with Dr. Robert Fischer, MD, a global IVF expert affiliated with Star Fertility Malaysia and founder of Fertility Center Hamburg—one of Germany’s leading IVF clinics.

In the logistics sector, MGM Bosco Logistics is expanding its leadership in the cold chain industry through a partnership with PT Sanjaya International Fishery (SIF) to operate an integrated cold storage facility in Cikarang, supporting national fishery supply chain efficiency for both domestic and export markets.

In the digital infrastructure sector, Bersama Digital Asia Infrastructure (BDIA) formed a 50:50 joint venture with Digital Realty, Digital Realty Bersama, to integrate the JST1 and JBT1 data centers into Digital Realty’s global PlatformDIGITAL®️ ecosystem. Digital Realty Bersama now operates data center campuses in two strategic locations in Jakarta, with expansion plans of up to 62MW to meet the rising demand for digital infrastructure in Indonesia.
